These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daloy Pet POS application and website (collectively, "Service") operated by Daloy Systems, a DTI-registered business (No. HMPR705119017866) operated by Tyrone Sapulmo ("Daloy", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply alongside our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Data Privacy Notice, which are incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service is intended for small to medium pet supply businesses operating in the Philippines.
To use the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address and business name. You agree to:
Daloy is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with access to up to 100 product SKUs and all core features. No payment is required to start a trial.

Payment is processed by PayMongo. We do not store your payment card details.
BIR Compliance Notice: Daloy is an inventory management and sales tracking tool intended for internal business operations only. It is not currently registered with the BIR as a computerized system for official invoicing or receipt issuance. Users remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable BIR requirements, including the use of a BIR-compliant invoicing and accounting system where required by law.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
All business data you enter into the Service — products, sales records, inventory, expenses — belongs to you. Daloy does not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (see Data Privacy Notice).
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the Service.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time using the Service's built-in export features. You are encouraged to maintain your own copies of important business records.
Daloy will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted access, or that the Service will be free of errors at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance that will cause significant downtime.
The AI Report Insights feature generates automated observations based on your store's data, powered by a third-party AI service (OpenAI). These are provided for informational purposes only.
You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are not professional financial, legal, or business advice. Daloy does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness, and you are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on AI-generated insights. See the EULA for full terms on the AI feature.
All content, code, designs, logos, and features of the Service are the intellectual property of Daloy Systems. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Daloy's trademarks, logos, or brand materials without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Data Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
To raise a concern, contact theweekendcanvas@gmail.com. We will acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days of receipt. Records of all complaints and resolutions are maintained for a minimum of five (5) years as required by applicable Philippine regulations.
Purchases of Daloy licenses are subject to the following refund terms:
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Daloy's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your license.
Daloy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Daloy may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved within 30 days, through the appropriate Philippine courts.
