Terms of Service — Daloy Systems

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Daloy Systems ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

Daloy Systems provides a web-based POS and inventory management platform for small pet stores in the Philippines. The Service is provided on a subscription basis following a free trial period.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion.

5. Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱). Daloy Systems reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days advance notice. Pilot Core subscribers are exempt from price increases for the duration of their 2-year price lock period.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Data Privacy Notice for full details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Daloy Systems is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Daloy Systems shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at theweekendcanvas@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version will always be available at daloysystems.com/terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
